Two kinds of partners
Every partner must hold an active U.S. bar license. We fill gaps on both sides: states we're not admitted in, and work we don't handle.
Attorneys in other states
Admitted in states outside our current coverage, handling transactional or small-business work.
Attorneys in other practice areas
Admitted in our states, handling matters outside our transactional focus.

Common questions
How do you verify licenses?
We look up every applicant in their state bar's public attorney directory using the bar number provided, and confirm active status and discipline history. Applications without a verifiable active license are declined.
How is the fee divided?
Only between licensed attorneys, under Rule 1.5(e) or your state's equivalent: in proportion to the work done or with joint responsibility, with the client's written consent to the arrangement and each lawyer's share, and with no increase in the client's total fee.
Do you pay or charge for referrals?
No one pays to join the network, and no fees are shared with non-lawyers. Any fee division happens only between attorneys and only where your state's rules allow it.
Is the arrangement exclusive?
No. You remain free to take referrals from anyone, and clients are always told about the relationship.
Who controls the representation?
You do. Your professional judgment on matters you handle stays entirely your own.
Will my name appear on your website?
No. Partners are not listed publicly. Clients are told who is involved in their own matter, in writing, before any fee is divided.
